A builder’s journey

Complexity in.
Clarity out.

Different industries. One builder’s instinct.
Find the friction. Connect the pieces. Create room for growth.

01 / Engineering roots

Understand the system.
Build the experience.

Engineering taught me how systems work. Product leadership taught me which problems are worth solving. I bring both to the table: a clear business case, thoughtful design, and a delivery plan that survives contact with reality.

Senior Business Analyst, Digital and Technology

Websites · Mobile applications · Conversational channels

Amman, Jordan

Built digital experiences that opened new revenue opportunities, made shipping easier, and improved the economics of customer communication.

7Mmonthly customer notifications
35%lower notification costs

Around 7 million monthly notifications · Cost reduction year on year

The product, in the real world.

A shipping journey is a chain of decisions: calculate the rate, book a pickup, follow progress, and settle charges. The public website and app show how those tasks meet the customer. My work connected that experience with commercial growth, behavioural insight, and reliable communication.

The journey, on the go

A conversation that moves the journey forward.

I helped migrate and rebuild Aramex’s WhatsApp chatbot on Sprinklr Service. The customer need was practical: make it easier to act on a shipment, not just ask about it. Sprinklr’s case studies describe address capture, shipment scheduling and rescheduling, real-time updates, and connected service channels. That broader programme provides the context for my contribution, bringing a familiar conversation into a more capable digital journey.

03 / Arab Bank

Connect the systems.
Clarify the flow.

At Arab Bank, I turn corporate banking complexity into connected services. My work spans API Banking, host-to-host integrations, digital channel revamps, and regulatory delivery. Better experiences matter. So does getting every critical requirement right.

30%faster integration go-live

The product, in the real world.

Corporate banking is a working system, not a single transaction. Arab Bank’s Corporate Digital Gateway brings together account reporting, cash and liquidity management, payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliation, and trade finance, with access across desktop, tablet, and mobile. My work focuses on the connections that make digital banking useful: payment capabilities, enterprise integrations, clearer channels, and disciplined regulatory delivery. The platform’s breadth provides the context. The achievements below describe my contribution.

04 / DAMI · An ongoing founder thread

Build beyond
the interface.

From idea to operating business.

At DAMI Technologies, I connect product strategy with the realities of running DAMI Market: how shoppers discover products, how merchants manage their business, and how orders, settlement, and support work together. The interface is only the beginning.

Inside the build

A marketplace is several businesses meeting in one experience. I connect the shopper journey, merchant tools, and internal operations so that a product discovery can become an order the business can actually fulfil.

My work reaches beyond the storefront into catalog quality, seller workflows, order handling, settlement, and support. I move between the product decision and the operational detail, because a polished screen cannot compensate for a broken handoff.

I also build the commercial layer around the product: shop stories, curated DAMI Picks, marketplace-ready product imagery, and content systems. The goal is to help merchants tell a clearer story while preserving what customers will actually receive.

Alongside the operating marketplace, I explore conversational shopping concepts and practical AI workflows for discovery, prototyping, documentation, and execution. These are ways to test what comes next, with the business problem leading the technology.

A good product earns attention. A well-run business earns trust.

Software engineering roots.
A product builder’s mindset.

I work where strategy meets the backlog, and where a promising idea has to become an operating reality. I can frame the business case, interrogate the data, and work through the technical detail with the team. My job is to make the direction clear, then help people build it.

I value ambition with evidence, elegant experiences, and decisions that hold up after launch. A roadmap is useful. A product people can use is better.
